Registered Builders Construction Finance
We have a long history of helping Registered Builders with full construction finance. Registered Builders are not strictly Owner-Builders, but are incorrectly treated as such by many banks. With the exception of larger multi-unit projects, we are often able to use your own company as a contracted builder with standard HIA progress payments and without the need for a Qualified Surveyor.

We primarily deal with Victorian-based Registered Builders, but have experience working with clients in NSW and Queensland who have had difficulties obtaining finance locally.
